Estate Moving Sales – we hold a liquidation sale on your premise, any designated items left over are taken to our storage facility near Goodlettsville Tennessee (just 22 mins from downtown Nashville). We earn a 20% commission on total sales which pays for advertising, labor, signage, appraisal and sales of designated items. For downsizing / garage sales, we use the same process.

Pick-up / Consignment – we come get or you can drop-off your designated items and move them to our storage facility. Our staff leaves the premises “broom clean” for closing. For houses over 1650sq ft, we charge a $365 pick-up / moving labor fee for locations in middle Tennessee. Any items that are sold on consignment from our local storage facility, we earn 20% for marketing services.

Business Liquidation – we sell your overstock inventory and/or liquidation assets for closing. We hold the liquidation sale at the business location. Some designated items are brought to our storage facility for resale. We earn a 20% fee for marketing / selling items from storage. Each business liquidation is custom fit to your needs.

Online Auction – we handle the entire auction process, Internet marketing and sales of your overstock inventory through online auction sites like eBay, Liquidation and Auction private channels. We earn 20% for any items sold through online auctions. No set-up fee, provide us with photos and item descriptions.
